Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr. HR Generalist with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition to support and grow our workforce in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will spend approximately 50% of the time leading full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support, while also contributing to broader HR Generalist and administrative functions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who enjoys high-volume recruiting, partnership with hiring managers, and the ability to grow into expanded HR responsibilities as the organization scales.

Primary Responsibilities (Talent Acquisition - ~50% or more depending on the recruiting cycle)
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions, from requisition intake through onboarding
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies
  • Source candidates using job boards, ATS platforms, social media, networking tools, and referrals
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate feedback and next steps
  • Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and facilitate communication between candidates and interview teams
  • Assist in preparing and extending offers, including coordination of pre-employment requirements
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, community events, and networking opportunities
  • Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, and hiring outcomes

Secondary Responsibilities (Sr. HR Generalist & Administrative Support)
  • Support employee onboarding, orientation, and training coordination
  • Assist with employee relations matters, to include investigations, and day-to-day HR inquiries
  • Provide HR administrative support, including documentation and record maintenance
  • Support performance management processes and annual HR cycles
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, events, and cross-functional HR projects
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations


Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience & Background
  • 2 -5 years of experience in recruiting, recruitment coordination, or HR Generalist roles
  • Proven experience supporting full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment
  • HR Generalist experience preferred
  • Manufacturing environment experience considered a strong asset
  • Experience supporting multiple business groups or sites is an asset

Technical Skills
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms such as ADP and/or Workday preferred
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)

Core Competencies
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively across teams

Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • PHR or SHRM certification preferred


For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $96,300 to $120,000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.

This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
