About the role

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) is a strategic advisor to senior leaders across the North America Sales and Solutions organization, aligning people strategy with business goals to drive growth, organizational effectiveness, and a high- performance culture. This role partners with regional, sector, and national solution sales leaders across core Sales and Solutions Sales, in both the U.S. and Canada, to deliver people strategies that support growth, productivity, and operational excellence. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, leading organizational design, talent strategy, and transformation in a fast-paced, revenue-focused environment.

What you'll be doing
  • Embrace and support Computacenter's mission and core values.
  • Partner with Sales and Solutions leaders to shape HR strategies that improve growth, productivity, and profitability.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design, business alignment, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
  • Align people priorities with go-to-market goals across North America.
  • Advise senior leaders on complex HR issues, organizational design, and more effective ways of working.
  • Lead organizational change, including restructures, growth initiatives, and culture transformation.
  • Support M&A activity, including due diligence and post-integration alignment.
  • Reduce complexity, streamline processes, and improve cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead workforce planning to ensure the right talent, structure, and capabilities to deliver results.
  • Support Talent Acquisition to build strong pipelines and hire high-performing sales and solutions talent.
  • Drive succession planning and leadership pipeline development across sales and solutioning organizations as well as cross functionally with Professional Services and Managed Services.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fairness, consistency, and legal compliance.
  • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders, including cross functional and Group functional leaders.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and governance standards.
  • Lead engagement initiatives across Sales, including action planning from survey results.
  • Promote a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with company values.
  • Identify and mitigate retention risks, especially among top performers.
  • Use HR and business metrics to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Monitor workforce trends and address emerging risks proactively.
  • Advance enterprise initiatives through cross-country and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Partner with global HRBP teams to ensure consistency and share best practices.
  • Lead or coordinate virtual HR teams to deliver consistent, high-quality support.
  • Model strong HR partnership and credibility with senior leadership.


What you have
