Key Energy Services LLC. is seeking a qualified Sr. HSE Advisor for our Williston, ND location.We are currently looking for individuals who are ready to take the next step and start a career with our team! This position is responsible for supporting the marketplace operations therefore successful candidates must live locally.

What a Sr. HSE Advisor does: - Apply a higher-level knowledge of industry practices in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in conjunction with Company policy to continuously improve and support our operations.
- Investigation of incidents, root cause analysis, and case management are important aspects of this position.
- Champion the Company's safety practices and aid in maintenance of our culture of safety.
- Continuous review of our employee safety programs to determine their adequacy and effectiveness.
- Other related duties as assigned.

What we need from you: - This is an experienced position, we would like you to have ten (10) or more years of experience in a related field, oil services experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations.
- Familiarity with API and other industry recommended practices, policies, and procedures.
- We would like you to have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Our working environment is fast paced! We need you to be able to collaborate with the other members of the team to communicate and solve problems.
- Your knowledge of industry safety training (First Aid/CPR, case management, etc.) would be important in supporting our operations.
- Proficiency with computers is important for this role! If you are highly skilled in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Outlook, Word..
- Must have a valid driver's license and ability to drive under the Company's requirements.
