Full Job Description
Key Energy Services LLC. is seeking a qualified Sr. HSE Advisor for our Williston, ND location.

We are currently looking for individuals who are ready to take the next step and start a career with our team! This position is responsible for supporting the marketplace operations therefore successful candidates must live locally.

Job Type

This position is a full-time salary position.

What a Sr. HSE Advisor does:
  • Apply a higher-level knowledge of industry practices in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in conjunction with Company policy to continuously improve and support our operations.
  • Investigation of incidents, root cause analysis, and case management are important aspects of this position.
  • Champion the Company's safety practices and aid in maintenance of our culture of safety.
  • Continuous review of our employee safety programs to determine their adequacy and effectiveness.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

What we need from you:
  • This is an experienced position, we would like you to have ten (10) or more years of experience in a related field, oil services experience is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations.
  • Familiarity with API and other industry recommended practices, policies, and procedures.
  • We would like you to have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Our working environment is fast paced! We need you to be able to collaborate with the other members of the team to communicate and solve problems.
  • Your knowledge of industry safety training (First Aid/CPR, case management, etc.) would be important in supporting our operations.
  • Proficiency with computers is important for this role! If you are highly skilled in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Outlook, Word..
  • Must have a valid driver's license and ability to drive under the Company's requirements.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, pre-employment physical, and background check.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
