SummaryThe Sr. HRIS Analyst serves as a key partner to TVS SCS leaders, driving process improvement, system optimization, and data integrity across our HR technology landscape. This role leads HRIS and payroll-related projects and ensures successful adoption of new processes and system enhancements. Acting as a technical expert for UKG Ready and related HR systems, the Sr. HRIS Analyst supports configuration, testing, reporting, and troubleshooting and collaborates closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders. This position plays a critical role in improving workflow efficiency, enhancing the employee experience, and enabling high-quality data and insights. Reports to the VP of Human Resources.

- Serve as subject matter expert across all UKG Ready modules.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting, maintenance and ongoing support for UKG Ready, resolving complex system issues.
- Design, build, and maintain complex UKG reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support HR and business decision-making.
- Ensure system compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Conduct audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Manage the Center of Excellence relationship for the HR function.
- Analyze current HRIS workflows and recommend enhancements for greater efficiency.
- Train HR team members and end-users on HRIS functionalities and updates.
- Manage UKG security configuration, including domain and role-based security.
- Partner effectively with HR, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Supports payroll operations by ensuring accurate data flow, maintaining payroll-related system configurations, troubleshooting issues, and performing audits to uphold compliance and data integrity. Ensure continuity of payroll operations by serving as a backup payroll administrator as needed.
- Performs system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS system upgrades or patches to ensure seamless functionality. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate the application of an upgrade or fix. Maintains HRMS system tables. Documents, process, and results.
- Conducts training, including for new system users, developing user procedures, guidelines and documentation.
- Stay current on new releases, features, and functionality from UKG, and summarize release notes and communication across the team.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Participate in all TVS SCS quality and excellence initiatives.

Education and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Experience with UKG required.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with UKG, including configuration, reporting and system support.
- Experience working with Power BI (or similar BI tools) to build dashboards and reports.
- Proven experience building and maintaining complex UKG reports and dashboards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (i.e., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Process improvements and continuous optimization focus.

Work EnvironmentThis job is performed in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, scanners and photocopiers. Steel-toed shoes, safety glasses and vests are required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when in a warehouse location.
Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkFull Time. Schedule flexibility for extended or unplanned work hours is required.
