Full Job Description

These teams are building the future of cloud infrastructure and quantum technology, and they need an HR leader who can match their pace, ambition, and intellectual rigor.

Change Leadership: Lead through ambiguity. Drive complex org transformations, integrations, and cultural shifts with a bias for action and a steady hand.

Data-Driven Consulting: Go beyond anecdotes. Leverage workforce analytics to surface insights, challenge assumptions, and deliver recommendations that move the needle on retention, engagement, and performance.

Scalable Solutions: Design HR programs and mechanisms that don't just solve today's problem - they anticipate tomorrow's. Build for scale without sacrificing the candidate and employee experience.
