Full Job Description
Sr. HR Technology Analystfor a hybrid opportunity for candidates in Columbia, SC. Candidate will serve as a senior technical resource supporting the organization's HR technology environment, with responsibility for system configuration, data integrity, reporting, troubleshooting, and process optimization. This role will partner with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and technology vendors to deliver reliable solutions and improve the user experience.

Required Qualifications of the Sr. HR Technology Analyst:
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4-6 years of technical or related experience supporting HR systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with HR technology configuration, system maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to investigate and resolve complex system issues.
  • Experience working with cloud-based HR platforms such as Oracle HCM, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Knowledge of HR data management, reporting, dashboards, and system integrations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain accurate system documentation and manage multiple priorities in a detail-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work available Monday and Friday.

Preferred Skills/Experience of the Sr. HR Technology Analyst:
  • Experience serving as an HR technology subject matter expert or system administrator.
  • Experience supporting workflows, security configurations, integrations, testing, and system enhancements.
  • Familiarity with data quality, compliance, audit controls, and information security practices.
  • Experience providing system training or technical guidance to HR and business users.

Responsibilities of the Sr. HR Technology Analyst:
  • Configure, maintain, test, and enhance HR systems, including workflows, security settings, and application functionality.
  • Analyze HR system data and develop reports and dashboards that provide useful business insights.
  • Monitor data quality and support integrations between HR applications and other enterprise platforms.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving configurations, security, interfaces, and system functionality.
  • Partner with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
  • Provide user guidance and training while supporting continuous improvement of HR processes and technology adoption.

Work Location: Hybrid schedule - required on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely Monday and Friday. Columbia, SC.
