Responsible for strategic design, development, communication, and implementation of worldwide Human Resources programs, policies, and procedures in support of Human Resources strategic priorities.

Additional Qualifications/Requirements

Work - Onsite (HQ - Dallas, Texas)
  • Remote/Telework not authorized per Presidential Memorandum "Return to In Person Work

PCS Not Authorized/Lump Sum Payment of $15,000 May be Authorized

Job Qualifications

Six years of experience in multiple Human Resources functions to include to include experience in research and analysis. One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.
Or
Bachelor's degree with four years of experience in multiple Human Resources functions to include experience in research and analysis. One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.

  • BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - Preferred
  • BUSINESS MANAGEMENT - Preferred

  • Major Duties

    Assists in the design, development, communication, and implementation of worldwide Human Resources (HR) programs, policies, and procedures.
    Researches, collects, and analyzes Human Resources (HR) data to provide recommendations to leadership on complex Human Resources (HR) policy issues.
    Keeps abreast of upcoming Human Resources (HR) related government regulations, policies, and law changes. Researches to determine applicability and communicates the overall impact to the organization to key stakeholders. Conducts impact analysis and provides strategic guidance for implementation.
    Performs other duties as assigned.
