Schedule:Primarily Monday to Friday - 24/7 mfg. hours to show support might be necessary in off hours and weekends.

Work Location: 495 S 99th Ave Tolleson, AZ

Salary, based on experience and other qualifications: $73,000 to $115,000 withadditionalbonus potential

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operational Support & Administration:

  • Maintainaccuratepersonnel files and confidential HR records.

  • Process new hire paperwork, terminations, and employee status changes.

  • Assistwith the administration of benefits programs, payroll, and leave requests.

  • Manage and administer employee benefits, including open enrollment and claims resolution.

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data toidentifytrends.

  • Manage complex HR projects and initiatives.

  • Develop and manage the HR budget.

  • Partner with the steering team and finance to set and manage siteheadcountin the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

EmployeeEngagement,Relations & Compliance:

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiriesregardingpolicies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Coordinatelogisticsfor plant-wide events and activities with each months event sponsor.

  • Assistin communicating details of events to all employees.

  • Gather employee feedback on event effectiveness through simple surveys.

  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on HR best practices and employee relations.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on complex compliance issues, such as ADA, Workers Compensation and FLSA.

  • Coordinate calendar of monthly events or activities by working with steering team sponsors.

  • Helpsteeringteam develop and implement new engagement initiatives based on employee feedback.

  • Collaborate with department managers and supervisors to encourage event participation.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for the employee engagement committee and other stakeholders.

  • Manage budget for all employee engagement programs and events.

Talent Acquisition & Learning & Development:

  • Assistin the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Support the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.

  • Coordinate andfacilitatetraining and development programs.

  • Design and oversee comprehensive training and development programs for all employees, includingoverseeing ofLearning & Development team members.

  • Partner with leaders to ensureaccurateandtimelyfeedback is given to team members throughTalentDevelopment process.

  • Develop succession planning strategies.

Documentation, Communication & Continuous Improvement:

  • Create and distribute internal communications related to HR policies and updates.

  • Maintain and update the HR information system with employee data.

  • Participate in improvement projects.

  • Activelyparticipatein all required training.

  • Participate in 5S efforts.

  • Analyze HR data and metrics toidentifyareas for improvement.

  • Develop and update company policies and procedures.

  • Lead continuous improvement efforts within the HR department and across the organization.

  • Develop and implement a communication strategy for HR-related announcements.

Knowledge, Training and Experience:

Education & Experience:

  • Experience and aptitude with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).

  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook).

  • Previousexperience in Human Resources.

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

  • 3+ years experience as an HR Generalist.

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Technical & Mechanical Skills:

  • Advanced levels requireproficiencyin MII, WE systems, and interpreting line huddle measures to resolve issues.

  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Exposure to wet, humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, high areas, fumes, airborne particles, extreme temperatures, electrical risks, and vibrations depending on the area assigned

  • Mustmaintaina clean and safe work environment and report any food safety or quality issuesimmediatelyto management.
