Full Job Description
Are you passionate about shaping people strategies that drive business results? We're looking for a Corporate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and serve as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to influence organizational outcomes by designing and executing talent strategies, coaching leaders through complex people decisions, and building high-performing, inclusive teams.

As an HRBP, you will partner directly with corp/tech leaders across one or more business units, translating business priorities into actionable HR plans. You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy-navigating ambiguity, influencing without authority, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business acumen and people expertise.

Key job responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to diagnose organizational challenges and co-create people strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Drive talent review, succession planning, and leadership development to build a diverse, high-performing pipeline.

Advise on organizational design, team structure, role clarity, and change management to support business scaling and transformation.

Coach managers on performance differentiation, development planning, and navigating difficult conversations to raise the talent bar.

Champion employee engagement, inclusion, and culture initiatives aligned with Leadership Principles.

Leverage workforce analytics to inform headcount planning, attrition strategies, and resource allocation decisions.

Act as a change agent, proactively identifying risks and opportunities within the supported organization.

A day in the life

No two days look the same. As an HRBP supporting World Wide Grocery, you'll operate at the intersection of a massive, fast-moving business and the people strategies that make it run. You'll partner with leaders who are building the future of grocery - from supply chain innovation to customer experience improvement - and your work will directly shape how teams are built, developed, and inspired to deliver for customers.

If you thrive in ambiguity, love solving complex organizational puzzles, and want to see the direct impact of your work on a business that touches millions of customers - this is the role for you.

About the team

This team is the HR engine behind one of Amazon's most dynamic and complex businesses. We support the technology and supply chain organization that is redefining how customers shop for groceries through cutting-edge innovation, including AI-powered solutions that are transforming everything from supply chain logistics to the in-store customer experience.

What sets our team apart is the extraordinary breadth of the workforce we serve. Unlike most PXT teams that support a single employee type, we partner across three distinct populations: Tech employees who are building the next generation of AI and machine learning platforms, Corporate professionals who translate innovation into business strategy, and Field employees who bring the customer experience to life in stores every day-increasingly supported by AI-driven tools and automation.

As AI reshapes how work gets done across all three populations, our PXT team is at the forefront of navigating what that means for our people-rethinking roles, skills, and career paths in an era of rapid technological change.

We value bold thinking, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine passion for helping employees thrive-If you want to shape the future of work at the intersection of people and technology, this is the team for you.
