Qualifications

• 7+ years recruiting experience with a focus on full-cycle recruiting, preferably in-house.
• Experience in recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Success, and Business Operations roles.
• Ability to strategically think while also executing tactical hiring efforts.
• Proven track record of using creative sourcing techniques to attract talent.
• Metrics-driven problem-solving skills and approach.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication abilities, capable of presenting data at all organizational levels.
• Highly organized with strict attention to detail and pipeline management.
• Positive attitude with a strong drive to work independently in a startup atmosphere.
• Must reside in San Francisco Bay Area and be available for onsite work 3 times a week.

• Leverage creativity and tenacity to gain trust of sought-after candidates.
• Enhance candidate experiences that leave lasting impressions, even for those not selected.
• Analyze and report on key hiring metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process.
