Full Job Description
The Role

We're looking for a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale the programs that turn target accounts into qualified pipeline. This role owns demand generation end-to-end - paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), nurture campaigns, and content syndication - and shares ownership of our webinar program while working closely on overall messaging strategy and brand direction.

This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role for someone equally comfortable optimizing a paid search account and building a nurture sequence. You'll set demand gen campaign strategy and drive it forward independently, while collaborating with the Director on how that strategy ladders up to FourKites' broader narrative.

What You'll Do

Demand Generation Strategy & Campaigns
  • Design and execute the integrated marketing plan spanning paid, content, and lifecycle programs, with a roadmap and budget to hit awareness, conversion, and pipeline targets.
  • Own strategy and execution for all demand generation campaigns that nurture and convert leads into opportunities.
  • Build and manage always-on and campaign-specific nurture programs, including email sends, in coordination with sales development.
  • Own end-to-end execution for roughly half of our webinar program (platform administration, promotion, registration, and follow-up), with the Director owning the other half.
  • Draft first-pass content supporting demand gen campaigns - landing pages, campaign emails, ad copy, and gated assets - for review and refinement.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate campaign work - drafting and iterating on copy, summarizing performance data, and speeding up day-to-day execution across programs.

Paid Media & Search
  • Own strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, including keyword strategy, bid management, audience targeting, and budget allocation across funnel stages.
  • Own quarterly keyword planning - competitive gap analysis, tiered keyword strategy, and forecasting.
  • Maintain and refresh our ICP and target persona/title lists each half or after major launches.

Programs & Partnerships
  • Own content syndication programs end-to-end - vendor selection and contracting, asset delivery, and lead handoff with marketing ops and SDRs.
  • Own third-party promotions and paid placements, from vendor outreach through performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain campaign planning templates and calendars that keep stakeholders aligned on timing, assets, and channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with our agency contractors to manage social media, drafting roughly two posts per week and connecting stakeholders from other departments.
  • Partner with the Director, Corporate Marketing on nurture and webinar strategy - you own execution, and align with her on direction and messaging.
  • Partner with marketing operations on reporting infrastructure - pipeline sourced/influenced, cost per opportunity, channel-level ROI.
  • Continuously test, measure, and iterate on targeting, messaging, and spend allocation.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS. Supply chain, logistics, or transportation technology and AI agents experience is a strong plus.
  • Direct, hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, from strategy through execution and optimization.
  • Strong project management instincts - comfortable building the templates, processes, and calendars that keep a marketing team organized.
  • A collaborative style; you'll work closely with the Director, sales, content, and marketing operations.
  • Comfort working with data and marketing ops to track performance - fluent enough in the numbers to know what to test next.
  • Strong writing skills - clear, human copy for campaigns, even if long-form content isn't your primary focus.

What Success Looks Like
  • In your first 90 days: you'll have taken ownership of paid media and webinar programs, be fluent in current campaign performance and ICP targeting, and have a working rhythm with the Director on nurture and webinar strategy.
  • By month six: you'll be running demand gen campaigns independently end-to-end, have a content syndication program live and generating qualified leads, have improved reporting visibility into pipeline sourced by channel, and have tightened campaign planning processes for the broader marketing team.

We know that job postings can be intimidating, and research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box. We encourage you to apply if you think you may be a fit and give us both a chance to find out!
Compensation

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, skills, and business needs. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for bonus and incentive compensation as well as participation in FourKites' employee stock option program.
Benefits

FourKites provides competitive compensation with stock options, outstanding benefits and a collaborative culture for all employees around the globe. To help you be your best, we have 5 global recharge days, in addition to generous PTO and standard holidays. Parental leave for all parents, an annual wellness stipend and volunteer days also provide you with time and resources for self care and to care for others. Throughout the year, FourKites sets aside time during the workday to learn and celebrate diversity. We're always listening for new ways to support everyone in and out of the office.

Benefits include:
  • Medical, Dental & Vision benefits starting on first day of employment
  • 401k Retirement savings with employer match
  • Bonus and incentive compensation as well as employee stock option program
  • Employer paid life insurance and short term disability insurance
  • Generous PTO, global recharge days, and volunteer days
  • Paid parental leave for all parents
  • Family planning and inclusive wellbeing resources
  • Technology reimbursement
  • Commuter benefits for in-office employees (Chicago)
  • Annual Wellness Stipend
  • Ongoing learning & development opportunities
