Position OverviewSupport engagement with DoD and Congressional stakeholders while tracking funding pathways and policy developments. This is similar to headquarters staff or legislative support roles.

- Tackle ambiguous, high-priority problems across the company.
- Research new technologies, markets, and opportunities.
- Support engineering with testing, analysis, and prototype development.
- Run operations: planning, logistics, documentation, vendor coordination.
- Work on partnerships, proposals, and communication with customers or agencies.
- Build scrappy solutions, tools, or processes when something doesn't exist yet.
Bonus Points- Experience in aerospace, defense tech, robotics, or applied logistics.
- Hands-on experience with prototypes, testing, or field operations.
- Familiarity with government proposals (SBIR, BAA, etc.).
Compensation estimate:Salary Range: $105,000 - $125,000
The estimated salary range for this role reflects various compensation factors. The final offer depends on factors such as work experience, education, training, key skills, and business needs. In addition, LEAP provides a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, which includes:
