The Senior General Manager leads overall business performance for their home community and a portfolio of up to three additional communities. This role drives talent development, operational excellence, revenue growth and cultural alignment while ensuring outstanding care, compliance and financial performance across the portfolio.
What You'll Do:
• Hire, onboard and develop Executive Directors and key Coordinators
• Lead talent planning, EDIT placements and succession strategies
• Conduct comprehensive site visits and annual Quality Service Reviews
• Provide sales leadership, pricing guidance and Director of Sales coaching
• Develop and execute regional marketing and External Business Development strategies
• Monitor P&L performance, labor, census, and revenue drivers
• Leverage business intelligence tools for strategic decision-making
• Champion regulatory compliance and basic quality assurance
• Drive engagement initiatives and hold leaders accountable to performance standards
