Job Description:We9re actively seeking a talented Sr Full Stack Developer to join our Technology Enablement Engineering team in our Newport Beach, CA office.
As a Sr Full Stack Developer you9ll play a key role in Pacific Life9s growth and long-term success, by leveraging your analytical and cloud engineering skills to solve complex problems for the CMD business. You9ll join a dedicated, self-organizing, cross-functional team in developing our next generation systems in the AWS cloud.
How you will make an impact:- Analyze complex business problems, clarify requirements, and evaluate technology feasibility.
- Assist in the overall scope definition, workflow design and facilitation of technology development.
- Develop solutions to solve complex problems for the business.
- Work with Product Owner to refine backlog, prioritize use cases and drive team understanding
- Work closely across business and technology teams to assist with integration design, development, testing & implementation
- Collaborating with architects and engineers to formulate innovative automation engineering solutions
- Mine large and complex datasets for insights and conversion to new product features
- Executing a project from scratch to production while collaboratively across teams.
- Communicate complex concepts and results in a clear and effective manner.
The experience you will bring:- Bachelor9s in Computer Science/Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years9 experience in software development, architecture and/or cloud technologies
- Proficient at administration of existing BizTalk applications
- Develop all components of BizTalk including Maps, Schemas, Pipelines, Custom Components, BAM, BRE and Orchestrations
- Hands-on experience implementing data integration and API services with AWS cloud technologies
- Strong foundation with modern SDLC in various technologies (AWS Services, RDBMS, NOSQL, Python, C#, .Net Core, Windows/Linux)
- Good working knowledge for a variety of automation, integration and business process management solutions
- Experience being part of a fast paced agile software development team
- Desire and ability to train, mentor, and develop technical skills of more junior engineers
What will make you stand out:- Experience with Financial Services and Annuities or Insurance products preferred
Base Pay Range:The base pay range noted represents the company9s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
$137,610.00 - $168,190.00
