Full Job Description
Job summary:

We are seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to support accounting, reporting, and technical research activities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role will assist in preparing and reviewing US GAAP financial statements, assisting in performing technical accounting analysis, and supporting the evaluation of complex transactions, including business combinations, and debt and equity arrangements.

The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will support accounting activities for mergers and acquisitions, including purchase price accounting, valuation procedures, and post-acquisition integration. This role will partner closely with Finance, Legal, and Tax to ensure accurate and timely reporting aligned with business objectives. The position will also assist with external auditor requests on technical accounting matters and support SOX and internal-control documentation.

Job responsibilities:

Financial Reporting
  • Prepare and support the review of quarterly and annual US GAAP financial statements, including footnotes, MD&A inputs, and cash flow workpapers.
  • Assist with drafting and updating financial reporting templates, disclosures, and internal reporting deliverables.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant filing support across reporting cycles.


Technical Accounting
  • Provide support on complex transactions, including revenue recognition, business combinations, and debt and equity arrangements.

Acquisition, Valuation, and Integration
  • Support accounting for M&A integration and valuation efforts.
  • Assist with purchase price accounting, integration of financial reporting, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Policy & Process Development
  • Assist in updating and maintaining best-in-class financial reporting policies, procedures, and internal controls in accordance with SOX and audit requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvements related to month-end close, reporting, and internal controls.

Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and Tax to ensure alignment of reporting deliverables and policy decisions with broader business strategy.
  • Coordinate cross-functional information gathering to support quarterly and annual reporting.

Audit & Compliance
  • Provide support for external auditors on technical accounting and reporting matters.
  • Coordinate and respond to audit inquiries in a timely and organized manner.
  • Assist with SOX controls documentation and compliance activities.

Required Qualifications
