Job Summary
The Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will play an important role within the finance team by supporting CareAllies' financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes. This individual will focus on core FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, monthly actuals reporting, and variance analysis, while partnering closely with Accounting to support the month-end close and ensure financial data integrity. This role will support key organizational financial initiatives, including integration (short-term), long-range planning, and financial systems. This position will report to and work closely with the Manager of FP&A and will collaborate with various functional executive leaders across the organization (VP of FP&A, Market Finance, functional leaders, etc).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field


  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or a related financial role


  • Strong financial analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis


  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications with emphasis on advanced MS Excel skills


  • High attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to accurate, evidence-first work


  • Must be intellectually curious and highly analytical; willing to dive-in and learn within areas not previously exposed to


  • Data focused with ability to work with large datasets and financial models


  • Independent, proactive problem solver with a team-oriented mindset


  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities


  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience supporting month-end close and working closely with Accounting teams


  • Experience owning consolidated company budget / forecasting cycles and working cross-functionally with budget owners


  • Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or value-based care environments


  • Experience working in a small, fast-paced, or growing organization


  • Familiarity with financial systems, reporting tools, or consolidation platforms

Min to Max Range:
$82,700.00 - $149,600.00
