Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Senior Financial / Decision Support Analyst, you will be a key member of our leadership team, instrumental in continuously developing the results-driven initiatives that define our success and are transforming healthcare. You will provide critical financial insights that underpin strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Every day you will develop, interpret, and implement complex financial and accounting concepts or techniques, specifically tailored for robust financial planning and control. You will also provide in-depth financial data and sophisticated analysis for a range of internal reporting, executive insights, and external stakeholders, directly influencing financial performance and strategic direction.

To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional analytical acumen, strategic thinking, meticulous data interpretation, and persuasive communication skills are crucial for translating complex financial information into actionable strategies and driving sustainable growth.

Job Requirements

Required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with six (6) years experience with advanced knowledge of the health care industry
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects using varied techniques on an ongoing basis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven knowledge of Google Workspace

Preferred
  • Master's degree or CPA license
