We are seeking a diligent and analytical Senior Financial Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to help drive informed business decisions. This role involves translating sophisticated data into actionable insights through reporting, visualization, and statistical analysis. The role will bridge the gap between enterprise finance and high-level analytics. The ideal candidate is skilled in data manipulation, problem-solving, and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical partners. The Senior Finance Data Analyst will be responsible for recommending and implementing changes.
This is a hybrid role that involves multi-functional teamwork with other business functions.
The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $92,800 - $148,200 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:What You Will do in This Role:- Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources

What We Are Looking For:- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years proven expertise in data analysis or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Expert level Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, modeling)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Confidence in professional communication and presentation skills
- Foundational understanding of finance concepts (cost structures, forecasting, reporting) and direct exposure to SAP and Salesforce data structures.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
- Understanding of business intelligence frameworks
- Experience working with large, sophisticated datasets
- Knowledge of statistical modeling or predictive analytics
- SAP or similar ERP system experience preferred
- Intuition for business and stakeholder engagement
