Full Job Description
Position Summary

The Sr. Financial Analyst will develop and manage complex financial models supporting FP&A department. Provide tactical, day-to-day financial analysis, business update, and process improvement. This position will play a crucial role in management and executing various month-end activities along with reporting packages including P&L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet. Work on budget and monthly forecast updates and uploads.

Essential Functions

Finance Business Partnering
  • Hands-on in month-end close activities, handling different systems and multi and complex files using SAP.
  • Document month-end process and step by step guide as well as budget and forecast FP&A work related.
  • Perform financial analysis, digging into the details of financials to understand the insight behind the numbers
  • Contribute to budget and dynamic forecast updates and processes.
  • Key finance business partner to FP&A Leader and Division Controller.
Cross-Function Team Exposure
  • Work with rest of finance leaders and division leaders to understand the business, understand why behind the numbers.
Process Improvement
  • Continuously assess and improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and analytical capabilities.
  • Champion initiatives that automate and optimize financial processes, reducing manual effort and increasing time for strategic analysis.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related; MBA/CPA/CFA a plus.
  • 5+ years in FP&A or Commercial Finance; experience in aerospace/defense or complex manufacturing preferred.
  • Demonstrated ownership of financial modeling, month-end reporting, forecast updates and process improvement.
  • Advanced Excel modeling; Power BI; ERP (SAP)
  • Strong financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data storytelling; ability to influence cross-functional leaders.
  • Executive communication, stakeholder management, structured problem solving, bias for action, and a continuous improvement mindset.
