As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will join a business-focused finance team that partners closely with operations, sales, plant leadership, and group-level finance. This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly visible environment where financial insights directly support performance, planning, and strategic decision-making.
What You'll DoAs a Senior Financial Analyst, you will support budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, pricing analysis, and strategic financial decision-making across the business.
In this role, you will:
- Support the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and long-range planning processes
- Develop, analyze, and report key performance indicators related to financial and operational performance
- Partner with plant and operations leadership to explain performance drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform pricing and margin analysis, including customer, product, and volume-based evaluations
- Prepare clear financial analysis, dashboards, and reporting for leadership review
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Group-level finance partners to support business initiatives and strategic projects
- Assist with month-end close activities, including variance analysis, journal entries, and management reporting
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making across the organization
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting
What You'll NeedThe ideal candidate is analytical, business-minded, and comfortable translating financial data into actionable insights for both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or a similar operational environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets and explain results clearly
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools preferred
- QAD experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders at various levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
