The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00

As a
Sr Financial Analyst, FP&A - Capital Finance, you will:
- Partner closely with the Remodels business team to drive financial outcomes that support the long-term health and evolution of Target's store fleet
- Deliver actionable financial insights and recommendations to inform strategic remodel investments with the goal to improve returns and optimize costs through collaboration with cross-functional partners in Properties, Real Estate, Store Operations, Construction, Accounting, and Capital Finance
- Assist in Capital Forum preparation for Remodel investments
- Own financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for Target's annual Remodels capital program, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and alignment with enterprise capital goals
- Support program-level forecasting and project-level analysis to monitor in-year performance and assess return on investment
- Build, maintain, and improve financial models and reporting tools to enable effective decision-making and visibility across varying levels of leadership including annual refresh of the Remodel valuation model
- Identify and drive opportunities to streamline processes, enhance automation, and improve efficiency across Remodels financial operations
- Contribute to broader Store Valuation initiatives, including financial assessments of reinvestment strategies and capital prioritization

About you: - B.A/B.S degree in accounting or finance
- Relevant Finance experience (including FP&A experience) and financial valuation experience a plus
- Strong analytical, decision-making, project management and organizational skills
- Superior leadership skills with enthusiasm, initiative and a passion for results
- Experienced in collaborating across departments/business units and driving results through collaboration
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; tailors message by audience, negotiate consequences, handle crisis, setbacks and conflicts constructively and diplomatically, and provide essential information to the right people at the right time; relationship-building aptitude
This position will operate as a
Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target
HQ MN location (Tues, Wed, & Thurs) the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
