Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Sales Business Partner** to serve as a key strategic partner to our North America Sales organization. This role will have end-to-end ownership of **sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis across all customers and Business Units in the NA region**. The Sales Business Partner will work closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive forecast accuracy, provide transparency into business performance, and translate complex sales and financial data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with commercial acumen, operates with a high degree of autonomy, and is comfortable challenging assumptions and influencing senior stakeholders. Sales Forecasting, Reporting & Analysis - Lead and autonomously manage the **sales forecasting process across all customers and Business Units in North America**, partnering closely with the Sales organization to consolidate, challenge, and validate assumptions and ensure a reliable business outlook. - Lead **forecast reviews, leadership presentations, and alignment meetings**, clearly communicating key business developments, risks, opportunities, and changes versus previous expectations. - Own the **Month-End Sales reporting process**, including analysis of actual performance versus forecast, budget, and prior year, as well as preparation of concise and meaningful management commentary. - Own and coordinate Sales reporting to the Power Tools (PT) Headquarters, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of recurring standard reports as well as ad hoc analyses and reporting requests. - Own and deliver **Net Sales (TNS), Price Change (PCR), and exchange-rate reporting and analysis**, providing transparency into key performance drivers across customers and Business Units. - Identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities and translate sales data into **actionable insights for Sales leadership and business stakeholders**. - Continuously improve and automate forecasting, reporting, and analytical processes to increase **accuracy, transparency, and efficiency**. Leadership Reporting & Business Partnership - Act as a trusted business partner to **North America Sales leadership**, providing data-driven insights to support operational and strategic decision-making. - Develop high-quality **leadership presentations, executive summaries, and management reports** that clearly communicate sales performance, outlook, risks, and opportunities. - Proactively challenge assumptions and facilitate alignment between Sales, Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders. - Provide forward-looking insights and recommendations to help Sales leadership understand performance drivers and anticipate business developments. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. - **5-7+ years of progressive experience** in financial analysis, sales controlling, commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering, preferably within a global manufacturing or CPG organization. - Strong experience in **sales forecasting, Month-End reporting, variance analysis, Net Sales analysis, pricing, and commercial performance reporting**. - Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex forecasting and reporting processes involving multiple customers, Business Units, and stakeholders. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify key business drivers, and translate findings into actionable insights. - Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP and business intelligence systems such as **SAP, HFM, Power BI**. - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across functional disciplines and with stakeholders both domestically and internationally. - Strong business-partnering skills with the confidence to **challenge assumptions, influence stakeholders, and openly communicate viewpoints**. - Ability to operate independently while working effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. **Additional Information** BOSCH is a proud supporter of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) Initiatives: - FIRST Robotics (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) - AWIM (A World In Motion) The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000 to $125,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Pay ranges included in the postings generally reflect base salary; certain positions may include bonus, commission, or additional benefits.
