Qualifications

• Finance degree or related field required; MBA, CPA or CMA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with leadership in enterprise planning and financial analysis.
• 10+ years of experience in leading and developing diverse teams.
• Preferred experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry.
• Experience within the Mars environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own consolidation, reporting, and analysis of financial performance across the P&L for Pet Nutrition North America.
• Provide financial governance for the Turnaround Office, ensuring transformation initiatives are quantified and tracked.
• Lead Integrated Reconciliation in the S&OP+ process, challenging assumptions and recommending trade-offs to enhance performance.
• Oversee annual Operating Plan and long-range planning cycles, translating enterprise ambitions into executable financial plans.
• Partner with senior leadership to align resource allocation with growth, profitability, and cash generation goals.
• Anticipate enterprise risks and opportunities, enabling higher quality decision-making through scenario analysis.
• Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team, focusing on talent development and accountability.
