Job DescriptionYou will report to the Sr Finance Manager and will work out of our Fombell, PA facility on a hybrid schedule.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead month-end close process and prepare journal entries
- Perform analysis of spend, production credits, MUV, inventory adjustments and PPV
- Complete weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting
- Analysis against prior year, plan and forecast
- Assist department managers with monthly forecasts and weekly pulses
- Complete monthly balance-sheet reconciliations and resolution of issues
- Support the site's Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and strategic plan
- Assist with physical inventory and fixed-asset audits
- Perform cost accounting
- Work with plant/business leadership and explaining financial information to non-finance personnel
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting function
- Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting and reporting
- Experience working with ERP/financial systems, particularly SAP
- Microsoft Excel experience
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Ability to perform variance analysis and explain financial results
- Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
- Ability to work with plant/operations leadership and translate financial information into actionable business information

COMPENSATIONThe annual base salary for this position is $85,885-$107,356. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
