About the RoleStep into a pivotal role as a Sr. Facilities Analyst at CBRE, where you'll support one of our clients in the Telecommunications sector and sit onsite at their Menlo Park campus. As a key member of our Facilities Management team, you'll support a portfolio of nine buildings, partnering closely with Property Managers, landlords, client stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure each facility operates seamlessly and efficiently. You will play an integral role in monitoring facility performance, coordinating service providers, managing data and reporting, and helping to deliver an exceptional workplace experience.

What You'll Do: - Coordinate soft-services operations, including janitorial, landscaping and pest control vendors - to ensure a clean, safe and well-maintained facility environment.
- Conduct regular site walks to proactively identify and address facility issues.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, while recommending improvements and upgrades.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee invoicing procedures to maintain service quality and cost control.
- Create and manage purchase orders and support budget planning and ongoing budget management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for front-line client requests, providing timely and effective support.
- Create, monitor, and manage work orders through to completion, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate with trades personnel and vendors to execute both corrective and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Apply cross-functional knowledge to align your work with team and departmental objectives.

What You'll Need: - Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Understanding existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and performance.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and make informed decisions and apply relevant precedents.
- Experience using a CMMS to manage work orders required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

California Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Facilities Analyst position is $43.00 hourly and the maximum salary for the Sr. Facilities Analyst position is $46.15 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
