The RoleWe're looking for a Senior Executive Business Partner to support multiple members across Klaviyo's Product, Design, and Data leadership teams.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to executives operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You'll manage complex schedules, drive operational coordination across teams, and anticipate needs before they arise. You will help leaders maximize their effectiveness by creating structure, solving problems, and ensuring critical priorities move forward.

What You'll Do- Manage highly complex calendars for multiple senior leaders, balancing strategic priorities, competing demands, and frequent changes.
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to executives, helping prioritize time, identify conflicts, and ensure focus on the highest-impact activities.
- Coordinate meetings and engagements across internal and external stakeholders, often involving senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Plan and execute domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, contingency planning, and last-minute adjustments.
- Drive logistics and operational planning for leadership meetings, team offsites, organizational reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Data, Engineering, and Operations teams to coordinate initiatives and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Manage executive communications, meeting preparation, follow-up actions, and key deliverables.
- Anticipate obstacles and proactively solve problems before they impact leaders or teams.
- Handle confidential information with exceptional discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Establish and improve processes that create efficiency, scalability, and clarity across the organization.
- Track priorities, commitments, and action items to ensure follow-through and accountability.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as business needs evolve.
- Build strong relationships across the company and serve as a trusted resource for employees, leaders, and external partners.
Who You Are- 6+ years of Executive Business Partner, Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or similar experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments.
- Significant experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously, ideally within Product, Technology, Design, Data, or other highly cross-functional organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage exceptionally complex calendars with competing priorities and frequent change.
- Proven track record operating successfully in high-growth technology companies.
- Strong business judgment and the ability to understand organizational priorities and executive decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and solutions-oriented under pressure.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence interacting with leaders at all levels of an organization.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Resourceful problem-solver with a reputation for finding solutions and getting things done.
- Experience managing travel, events, executive meetings, and complex operational logistics.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, calendar management systems, collaboration tools, and modern productivity software.

Our salary range reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant's job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.

Base Pay Range For US Locations:
$108,000-$162,000 USD
This role may require up to 10% travel for purposes such as new hire onboarding, client or partner work if applicable, team meetings, and industry events. Travel is coordinated in advance.
