The Opportunity Lead multimillion-dollar electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage field teams, subcontractors, procurement, schedules, budgets, and client relationships. Drive installation of critical power infrastructure including switchgear, generators, transformers, UPS systems, feeders, and power distribution . Work alongside experienced field leadership to deliver technically challenging projects safely, on time, and within budget. Play a key role in project strategy, problem-solving, and mentoring the next generation of project managers What We're Looking For Experience managing projects for an electrical contractor . Strong understanding of commercial electrical construction and power distribution. Proven experience leading large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects. Data center or mission-critical experience is highly desirable.
