Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 7+ years of industry experience in electrical engineering.
• Strong proficiency in electrical CAD and simulation tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, OrCAD, SPICE).
• Solid knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, motion control, and power electronics.
• Experience with FPGA and PLD programming required; familiarity with VHDL and Verilog preferred.
• Familiarity with thermal management and best practices for EMI/EMC mitigation.
• Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for released electrical products, including troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Lead efforts to resolve field, manufacturing, and supplier-related issues.
• Manage component obsolescence, implementing redesigns or substitutions.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives through design optimization and process improvements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and service teams to ensure product reliability.
• Maintain and update documentation such as schematics and test procedures.
• Support regulatory compliance and product certifications through engineering changes.
