Sr Electrical Engineer
Our Bethlehem facility is growing, and we are looking for a Sr Electrical Engineer to join our team!
The Sr Electrical Engineer will lead the design, development, testing, and delivery of complex electrical systems from concept through production, serving as a technical expert and project lead while ensuring high-quality engineering execution, cross-functional alignment, innovation, and mentorship across the organization.
Location: Bethlehem, PA (on-site)
Salary: $86,100 - $114,800

Your Challenge
- Define system architecture and design approaches, develop and test electrical components, perform simulations and analyses, and conduct experimental testing with full documentation of results.
- Plan and deliver complex engineering projects, ensure alignment with requirements and standards
- Lead design reviews and risk assessments, resolve technical issues, and guide integration across engineering disciplines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate requirements and technical progress to internal and external partners, and support technology planning and strategic road mapping.
- Select components and materials based on performance and reliability needs.
- Evaluate supplier capabilities to ensure they support design and production requirements.
- Mentor engineers, provide technical feedback, establish engineering standards and documentation practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- 6 -10+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience with increasing technical responsibility and leadership
- Proven success leading the design and development of complex electrical systems
- Deep expertise in electrical engineering principles, design methodologies, and system integration
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, electrical safety standards, and quality systems
- Demonstrated ability to apply sound engineering judgment, creativity, and problem-solving
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing competing priorities
- Commitment to mentoring, collaboration, and fostering an inclusive team culture
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain security clearances
