Role descriptionSeeking a Sr. .NET Developer with 9+ years of experience to lead the design DXC platform
- Must be well versed in Microsoft technologies including ASP.NET MVC Framework Web API Web Services Entity Framework ADO.NET NUnit IIS jQuery AJAX HTML5 and CSS3
- Must have strong experience with API development and integration including both SOAP and RESTful services with a solid understanding of underlying concepts and best practices
- Must have extensive experience supporting SQL Server including database design SQL tables stored procedures troubleshooting debugging and performance tuning
- Must have handson experience with SQL Server Integration Services SSIS
- Experience using GitHub Copilot for software development and productivity enhancement is required
- Familiarity with CICD pipelines and automated deployment processes is required
- Knowledge of AWS services and messaging technologies such as MSMQ or Azure Service Bus is a strong advantage
- Experience working with Rally Agile project management tool is preferred
- Prior team management or technical leadership experience is highly desirable
- Reinsurance domain knowledge is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage
- Must possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with development teams and client stakeholders
- Should be capable of engaging and communicating effectively with both upstream nd downstream stakeholders across the organization
- Demonstrates strong problem solving abilities and a proactive approach to application support delivery and continuous improvement
