We\'re looking for a Sr Director or VP with deep curiosity about cybersecurity, infrastructure, and emerging technology to join our fully remote team. This person will help advise security and technical clients on how to tell sharper stories, navigate nuanced markets, and build credibility with the audiences that matter most.

The ideal candidate is excited by complex technology and knows how to translate technical depth into clear, compelling narratives. You understand how security companies build trust, differentiate in crowded categories, and communicate across technical, business, and executive audiences.

You\'ll thrive in fast-paced, Slack-driven environments, love quick turnarounds, and enjoy working as an extension of clients\' teams. You\'ll be equally comfortable shaping strategy, pressure-testing messaging, building reporter relationships, and driving execution across launches, funding moments, thought leadership, awards, speaking, and ongoing media programs.

What You Bring

  • 10-20 years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or journalism, ideally with experience in cybersecurity, enterprise infrastructure, AI infrastructure, developer tools, cloud, data, or highly technical B2B companies.
  • A strong understanding of the security and enterprise technology media landscape, with the ability to identify sharp angles and secure meaningful earned media.
  • Experience translating technical products, market shifts, and founder perspectives into clear messaging for business, technical, and mainstream audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead purposeful, strategic, and informative client meetings.
  • Comfort interfacing with executives and managing relationships at the C-suite and VP level.
