  • Define and own the multi-quarter product strategy, business case, and roadmap for Veracyte's core technology platforms.
  • Align product planning to enterprise needs, ensuring shared technology capabilities support multiple clinical product launches and business growth.
  • Establish processes that turn strategy and discovery into clear product requirements for agile development, including PRDs, epics, user stories, and design mocks.

  • Experience translating complex operational workflows and data into intuitive user experiences, including lab workflows and results systems.
  • Experience delivering products in a regulated medical environment, with knowledge of quality systems, validation, documentation, and risk management.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, with success partnering across Software Development, PMO, IT, Commercial, and Marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical and clinical concepts and build trust across teams.
  • A leadership style grounded in empathy, integrity, ownership, and a high bar for product quality and clinical outcomes.
