About the Role

McKesson is seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Director, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud & Patient Support Program Solutions to lead enterprise-scale transformation initiatives supporting patient services, commercial operations, and healthcare engagement programs. This leader will drive the vision, delivery, and optimization of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud solutions while building scalable Patient Support Program (PSP) capabilities that enhance patient access, adherence, and outcomes.

The role combines executive leadership, service management, platform modernization, data migration strategy, and cross-functional business transformation to deliver measurable value across life sciences and healthcare ecosystems.

What You'll Do
  • Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Patient Support Program solutions.
  • Drive enterprise service management practices to improve operational performance, customer experience, and business outcomes.
  • Establish scalable Patient Support Program capabilities supporting patient onboarding, adherence, access, affordability, and engagement.
  • Define and oversee enterprise data migration, data quality, governance, and integration strategies across CRM and healthcare platforms.
  • Partner with business, technology, compliance, and operations leaders to align platform investments with organizational priorities.
  • Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, including platform modernization, cloud adoption, automation, and process optimization.
  • Manage strategic vendor relationships, delivery partners, budgets, forecasts, and investment planning.
  • Build high-performing teams through talent development, succession planning, leadership coaching, and organizational excellence.


Basic Requirements
  • 13+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years leading large technology, digital transformation, or healthcare solutions organizations.
  • Experience leading Salesforce platforms, including Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or related CRM solutions.
  • Proven experience delivering Patient Support Program, Patient Services, Patient Engagement, or Specialty Pharmacy technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership of enterprise-scale technology programs, transformation initiatives, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience developing and executing data migration strategies, data governance frameworks, and enterprise integration initiatives.
  • Strong financial leadership experience managing budgets, forecasts, resource planning, and business cases.
  • Experience working with executive leadership to define strategy and drive organizational change.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementation and optimization experience.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or patient services ecosystems.
  • Experience with service management frameworks such as ITIL and operational excellence practices.
  • Experience with CRM modernization, customer engagement platforms, and omnichannel healthcare solutions.
  • Understanding of healthcare data, compliance, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience managing global delivery teams, consulting partners, and strategic vendors.
  • Salesforce certifications and advanced cloud platform expertise.
  • Master's degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.


Travel, Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Ability to travel up to 25% based on business needs.
  • Hybrid or remote work environment with periodic onsite leadership, planning, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Ability to perform standard office and computer-based work activities.
