  • Drive continuous improvement based on lessons learned, execution metrics, and industry best practices.
  • Lead readiness reviews and communicate program status, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior executives.
  • Support critical customer engagements, escalations, and recovery plans as required.
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing global program-management organization.
  • Foster a culture of urgency, collaboration, transparency, and outcome-based accountability.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Extensive program-management experience within the semiconductor, enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, or high-performance computing industries.
  • Proven success delivering complex SoC, server, GPU, platform, or cluster programs from definition through production.
  • Experience with AI/ML accelerators, Data Center GPUs, HPC systems, or large-scale computing infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of silicon, hardware, firmware, software, system, and cluster-level integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, globally distributed, cross-functional organizations.
  • Experience leading Directors, Sr Managers, Senior Program Managers, Managers, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong command of program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, resource alignment, and executive governance.

  • Exceptional executive communication, influencing, negotiation, and cross functional Director, Sr. Directors, CVP & SVP stakeholder management skills
  • Experience engaging with strategic customers and managing high-priority escalations.
  • Ability to balance technical risk, schedule, quality, resources, and customer commitments.
