Full Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY

The Senior Director, Product Intelligence & Marketing Lead owns two connected mandates for an enterprise portfolio of eight interconnected AI platforms. The first is the measurement framework that proves the value each platform delivers. The second is the product marketing that communicates that value across the enterprise. The role holds accountability for how platform value is measured, understood, and represented to the enterprise.

On measurement, you design, build, and own a shared measurement capability that connects product analytics and value realization across all eight platforms. This capability takes the form of a common measurement contract: a shared set of KPI definitions, scorecard standards, event taxonomy, and value-realization language that every platform aligns to. The guiding principle is to standardize outcomes rather than implementations, so platforms retain local flexibility in how they instrument and analyze while their signals roll up into a comparable enterprise view. This gives the organization evidence-based answers, drawn from consistent questions across a federated model, to whether the platforms are driving outcomes and creating value both independently and across the colleague journey.

On product marketing, you lead a team accountable for the value propositions of the platforms, grounded in the evidence the framework produces. Your team will partner with experience and adoption leads, internal marketing and communications, and event teams so that messaging is clear, consistent, and coordinated. You are responsible for closing the loop between what is measured and what is marketed. Delivering both mandates depends on close, sustained coordination with the Digital and Product Leads across the eight platforms. This makes the role the connective tissue that links what the platforms do, what they are proven to be worth, and how that value is communicated to leadership across Pfizer.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Integrated Strategy & Value Definition: Own the integrated strategy for measuring and marketing the eight AI platforms, ensuring both efforts answer a common question of what value these platforms create. Establish a consistent set of core questions that every platform can answer, such as whether colleagues are using it, returning to it, and finding value in it, and what decision the answer should inform, even where the underlying signals differ by platform. Define the value proposition of the platforms and establish how that value is both communicated to internal audiences and proven through measurement.

  • Measurement Framework Ownership: Design, build, and own a shared measurement contract spanning the eight platforms, comprising KPI definitions, scorecard standards, event taxonomy, reporting requirements, and value-realization language. Standardize outcomes rather than implementations so that platforms keep local flexibility while their signals remain comparable. Establish how data moves from each platform into the framework in partnership with Enterprise Architecture and Data & Analytics, covering instrumentation guidance, telemetry patterns, data contracts, and refresh cadences. Reconcile differing definitions of adoption, satisfaction, reuse, and value across independently built platforms into a coherent, trusted measurement layer that rolls up from product to platform to enterprise.

  • Insight Generation & Reporting: Translate platform signals into learnings, trends, and actionable insights, and deliver them through platform scorecards, executive and portfolio-level dashboards, readouts, and narrative reporting that give leadership a consistent view of adoption, engagement, satisfaction, value, and health. Turn that evidence into portfolio steering that informs where to invest, improve, scale, pause, or retire. Convert measured wins into internal case studies, campaigns, and executive narratives that close the loop between measurement and marketing.

  • Product Marketing & Go-to-Market: Lead the product marketing and go-to-market strategy for the platforms, grounded in proven value. Ensure sharp, consistent positioning and messaging tailored to senior executive audiences, and oversee the development of executive-ready materials, including leadership presentations, demos, event content, and supporting collateral that clearly articulate platform value. Plan and execute internal launches of new platforms and features, including campaigns, communications, and rollout plans coordinated with training and support readiness, and oversee creation ofinternal marketing content such as newsletters, intranet pages, and evidence-based case studies.

  • Adoption & Enablement: Drive awareness, adoption, and effective use of the AI platforms across the organization, treating adoption as both a marketing objective and a headline measurement metric. Build the onboarding materials, training, documentation, and self-service resources that lower the barrier to entry and accelerate time to value.

  • Audience Insight & Segmentation: Understand distinct internal audiences, including power users, casual users, skeptics, and leadership, and tailor both the messaging and the metrics that matter to each. Use feedback and usage data to inform marketing and continuously refine the measurement framework.

  • Governance, Data Quality & Stakeholder Partnership: Establish governance over the framework, including data-quality standards, validation processes, and controls that ensure the numbers can be trusted, and define ownership and issue-resolution processes across platform teams. Serve as the connective tissue across platform, product, engineering, data, and business teams, partnering closely with the product and digital leads of the eight platforms. Secure executive sponsorship and sustained investment by demonstrating measured platform value.

  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and develop a team spanning two distinct remits: product marketing and communications, and measurement and analytics. Set priorities across both remits, allocate resources, and coach the team to deliver against shared adoption and value goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, product analytics, or a related product discipline, including measurement-focused or value-focused roles (or 10+ years with an MBA/MS, or 7+ years with a PhD/JD).

  • Demonstrated experience building and operating a measurement, analytics, or value-realization framework that spans multiple products, platforms, or teams. This includes defining KPIs, taxonomy, and success criteria, establishing data contracts and sources, and reconciling differing metric definitions into a trusted, coherent measurement layer.

  • Experience translating usage and outcome data into clear insight, dashboards, and narrative reporting that inform prioritization and investment decisions for senior stakeholders.

  • Experience leading product marketing or go-to-market work, including developing value propositions, planning internal launches and campaigns, and tailoring messaging to distinct audiences for technical products or platforms.

  • Experience driving adoption and enablement, including onboarding, training, and self-service resources, and treating adoption as a measurable outcome.

  • Experience building, leading, and developing teams, and directing their work to consistent standards.

  • Proven ability to partner across teams owned by others, coordinating shared definitions, data, and ways of working across a distributed environment.

  • Working fluency in modern product and analytics concepts, including adoption and utilization metrics, value-realization methods, dashboards and business intelligence, and experimentation, sufficient to shape a measurement framework with product, data, and engineering partners.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills, including the ability to turn data into a compelling narrative for senior audiences.

  • Experience operating in large, global, enterprise-scale settings with cross-functional stakeholders spanning technology, commercial, medical, legal, and compliance.

  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA or master's degree.

  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry.

  • Experience measuring the value of AI-enabled or agentic products, including platforms whose consumers are AI agents as well as people.

  • Experience with product analytics, portfolio management, and business intelligence or visualization tooling, such as product-health dashboards, OKR platforms, and data-fabric or knowledge-graph capabilities.

  • Experience partnering with events, adoption/enablement, and internal communications teams to drive awareness and adoption at enterprise scale.

  • Experience establishing shared metric definitions or a measurement operating model across a decentralized organization.

  • Exposure to AI-supported approaches in analytics, product marketing, or content generation.

  • Experience working with teams across regions and time zones.
