- Oversee the operations and service delivery of all practice sites within your assigned clinics.
- Work closely with clinics to recruit and hire Site Directors and other clinic leaders.
- Ensure comprehensive onboarding plans are completed and documented for new hires.
- Provide direct supervision, establish accountabilities, and conduct performance evaluations for direct reports.
- Collaborate with physicians to support their success in establishing successful practices.
- Confirm project deadlines and performance goals are met consistently.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulatory standards.
- Monitor, interpret, and report on operational and financial performance monthly.
- Develop and implement site-specific action plans to enhance performance.
- Engage with leadership to grow the practice of the clinics.
- Support initiatives for annual budget development and ensure adherence to budgets.
- Ensure regular communication of operational performance metrics.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelors in business, healthcare or related discipline is required.
- Seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience managing a clinic's practice operations.
- Master's degree, MHA, MBA or equivalent preferred.
- A master's degree can be substituted for two years of management experience.
- A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff.
- Intimate knowledge of the day-to-day operations of an outpatient clinical practice.
- Financial and analytical expertise in budget development and revenue cycle management.
- Experience in fiscal management, cost control, marketing, practice development, strategic planning and human resource management.
- Significant skill in communicating with and relating to providers.
- Leadership skills, ability to influence, form consensus and drive an agenda.
- Analytical skills to collect and summarize information to solve problems.
- Knowledge of legal issues related to clinical practice operations, employment law and fraud/abuse rules.
