FOX has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Director, Ad Sales Brand Marketing, FOX News Media. In this role, the Senior Director will lead the overarching Trade Marketing strategy-driving powerhouse go-to-market narratives, marketplace positioning, and demand generation efforts across FOX News Media (FOX News, FOX Business, FOX Weather and more) and within the broader FOX Advertising Portfolio. This leader will develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies that elevate FOX News Media's presence in the advertising marketplace, strengthen agency and client engagement, and drive revenue growth across linear, digital, streaming, and emerging media platforms. The role serves as a key connector across Sales, Research, Partnerships, Programming, Consumer Marketing, and Corporate Communications to ensure cohesive storytelling and a best-in-class marketplace presence. The Senior Director, Ad Sales Brand Marketing will report to the VP of Ad Sales Brand Marketing and manage a Senior Manager. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITES • Go-To-Market Strategy & Messaging: • Utilize strong storytelling skills to lead development of breakthrough sales narratives and premium marketing materials that bring FOX News Media's unique value proposition to life for prospective advertisers (overseeing high-impact sales presentations, trade website, media kits, sizzle reels, client mailers, and major trade media campaigns) • Develop integrated go-to-market frameworks for programming launches, acquisitions, product initiatives, and tentpoles aligned to revenue priorities. Expertise within digital and emerging media space is a plus • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Research, Partnerships, Programming, Consumer Marketing, Comms, and Design to translate data-driven insights into compelling positioning and proposals and bring FOX News Media messaging to market • Work closely with Research to transform syndicated/custom data into distinct sales stories • Act as a strategic liaison across Sales, Programming, Research, and Executive Leadership to oversee and apply the FOX Advertising portfolio brand positioning and a visual identity system, ensuring consistency across all internal and externally facing materials • Implement best practices to structure, manage, and maintain an organized library of cloud-based sales materials • Trade Marketing & Client Experience: • Direct an annual trade marketing calendar aligned with enterprise priorities, executing high-impact campaigns across owned, earned, and paid B2B channels to drive year-round marketplace visibility and demand generation • Develop and direct the core messaging for trade marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid B2B channels-including trade media, digital marketing and industry platforms-ensuring every touchpoint reinforces our premium positioning • Conceptualize immersive and differentiated experiences that strengthen relationships and position FOX News Media as a premium, innovative brand while partnering with the Events team to bring positioning to life • Lead strategic planning of tentpole trade events, industry conferences, and Ad Sales experiences; own the messaging architecture, stakeholder alignment, and visual branding • Oversee the trade marketing digital footprint, including the website, email marketing programs, and content management, while establishing a regular reporting cadence to track performance • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify high-value thought-leadership opportunities and strategically align moments where news and business talent can organically represent the brand in the marketplace • Leadership & Team Development • Serve as a senior lead for sales enablement and trade marketing, actively prioritizing projects that move the needle on revenue • Directly lead, manage, and empower a high-performing Senior Manager, fostering a culture of creativity, growth, and accountability • Collaborate with the VP and HR to design tailored professional development and internal training plans for your team WHAT YOU WILL NEED • Experience at an agency, media company, or sales organization, with a proven history of owning creative and presentation development • Experience in television, digital, new media, events and project management, paired with a genuine interest in the news, business, and lifestyle categories • A sophisticated understanding of the modern digital TV ecosystem, streaming strategies, programmatic, and OTT/CTV platforms a plus • Experience with syndicated/custom research tools (Nielsen, Comscore, etc.) and a unique ability to transform numbers into an undeniable, distinct sales story • Polished presentation skills and exceptional, concise writing and proofreading abilities • Deep knowledge of media buying, planning functions, and modern ad formats-programming, talent, and media relations workflow familiarity a plus • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, hands-on experience using current AI tools to optimize workflow, and a willingness to travel and jump into action on weekends when short-notice opportunities arise NICE TO HAVE • Bachelor's degree • An exceptional team player with sharp organizational and problem-solving skills, unshakeable attention to detail, and a talent for balancing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously • Carry a professional, confident demeanor that lets you command the room with high-level executives, backed by the strong interpersonal skills required to motivate teams and influence clients Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $143,000.00-167,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
