As a Sr Director Marketing here at Honeywell, you will lead the development and execution of customer-centric marketing strategies that drive engagement, loyalty, and business growth within the Industrial Automation sector.

You will report directly to our senior leadership and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by shaping and implementing innovative marketing initiatives that align with business objectives, enhance customer acquisition and retention, and strengthen Honeywell's position as a market leader in industrial automation.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of customer-centric marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for improvement.
  • Set the strategic direction for customer marketing, aligning it with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and manage the customer marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing programs, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and customer events.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to optimize campaign performance and track customer interactions.
  • Lead and inspire a team of customer marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate with creative services to develop compelling marketing collateral and assets.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Present marketing strategies and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.


Qualifications

You Must Have
  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Proven experience in managing large marketing budgets.
