Sr. Director II, Client Sales & Insights What will you be doing? Circana is expanding its partnership with the client, one of the fastest-growing and most recognized food & beverage brands in the U.S. The client has signaled strong interest in growing its base contract with Circana, and we are seeking a Sr. Director II, Client Sales & Insights to lead this account and its team through that growth. In this people-leader role, you will own the strategic relationship with the client's senior stakeholders, lead a team delivering insight-led solutions across the client's brand and category portfolio, and be the primary driver of expanding Circana's footprint within the account. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a leader who thrives on building strategic client relationships, coaching a team to deliver best-in-class analytics, and converting client trust into measurable account growth.
Location This position is on-site located in Dallas, Texas office. You will be required to work 4-5 days on-site in our Dallas, Texas office.
Job Responsibilities - Lead the Client Account: Own the day-to-day and long-term strategy for the client relationship, including the plan to expand the current base contract.
- Drive Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client relationship by aligning Circana's data and software solutions with the client's strategic goals.
- Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: Translate complex data into actionable insights that help the client's brand, marketing, and category teams make informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Build and Lead the Team: Recruit, coach, and develop a substantial, diverse team; set clear performance objectives and hold direct reports accountable for achieving them.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Insights, Product, and Analytics) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
- Own Business Planning: Contribute to annual and longer-term business plans for the account; forecast performance against KPIs and estimate resources required to deliver targets.
- Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers across Chobani's organization, including at the national account level.
- Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: Leverage Circana's proprietary platforms (e.g., Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) to support client engagements and solution delivery.
- Achieve Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed account revenue and growth targets through disciplined pipeline management and strategic account planning.
- Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent, measurable value.
- Advanced Analytic Skills: Demonstrate ability to conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses focused on consumer solutions, providing the client with clear, actionable insights to inform strategy.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 13+ years of relevant experience in client insights, client management, or sales within CPG, retail, or syndicated data analytics, including proven experience leading and developing people managers or senior individual contributors.
- Demonstrated proficiency with syndicated data platforms (e.g., Circana/IRI, NielsenIQ) and visualization tools (e.g., Unify+, Tableau, Power BI); Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel required.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $138K to $190K.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
