AHF Products has a job opportunity for a Sr Director, Global Supply Chain Transformation to be located in Mountville, PA. The Senior Director, Global Supply Chain Transformation will lead the design and execution of a multi-year supply chain transformation agenda across a complex manufacturing and distribution network. This leader will have functional responsibility for supply planning and demand planning, while driving enterprise-wide improvements in planning processes, inventory optimization, service performance, production alignment, and end-to-end decision making.

This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader with deep experience in data-driven supply chain transformation within a multi-site manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has successfully transformed planning capabilities across organizations with multiple plants, distribution centers, diverse product lines, and significant operational complexity-preferably in industries such as flooring, building products, consumer durables, industrial manufacturing, or related sectors-and is equally comfortable setting enterprise direction and getting into the details to help the team solve problems.

The successful candidate will embrace change, build followership across functions, and bring a strong track record of modernizing supply chain processes, systems, and capabilities to improve service, working capital, forecast accuracy, and operational agility.

JOB DUTIES:

Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:

Supply Chain Transformation Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end transformation of supply chain planning capabilities across a network of approximately a dozen manufacturing facilities and distribution centers.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap to improve supply chain performance through enhanced planning processes, tools, governance, analytics, and organizational capability.
  • Identify and prioritize transformation opportunities across demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, S&OP / IBP, constrained supply allocation, scenario planning, and network synchronization.
  • Drive standardization of planning processes while ensuring practical flexibility across product categories including wood, vinyl, and porcelain.
  • Push as much planning and decision making to the local level as practical, while establishing standardized processes, governance, and a common global planning template to ensure consistency, scalability, and enterprise visibility.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align transformation priorities with business strategy, growth objectives, customer service expectations, and margin goals.

Functional Leadership: Demand Planning and Supply Planning

  • Own the design, governance, and performance of the company's demand planning and supply planning processes.
  • Improve forecasting and demand signal quality through stronger analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and disciplined planning routines.
  • Lead supply planning processes that balance customer service, production constraints, inventory health, transportation realities, and working capital.
  • Build planning capabilities that support variable lead times, diverse manufacturing flows, seasonal demand patterns, and product complexity.
  • Establish clear planning accountability, metrics, and decision rights across commercial, operations, procurement, and distribution teams.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Champion the use of data, analytics, and digital tools to drive better planning decisions and operational outcomes.
  • Translate complex data into actionable business insights that improve forecast accuracy, plan adherence, inventory productivity, capacity utilization, and on-time delivery.
  • Partner with IT, finance, operations, and commercial teams to improve data quality, reporting, and visibility across the supply chain.
  • Implement KPI dashboards and planning performance routines to monitor service, inventory, forecast bias/error, schedule attainment, capacity utilization, and OTIF performance.
  • Leverage scenario analysis and decision support tools to improve responsiveness to demand changes, supply disruptions, and network constraints.

Cross-Functional and Operational Partnership

  • Serve as a key bridge between commercial, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, customer service, finance, and IT.
  • Partner closely with plant leaders and supply chain operations teams to ensure planning outputs are actionable, realistic, and aligned with plant capabilities.
  • Drive stronger integration between sales, demand planning, manufacturing scheduling, and distribution execution.
  • Work closely with Product Management to measure product vitality, identify low-performing or non-strategic SKUs, and accelerate cross-functional decisions on SKU rationalization.
  • Support network-wide alignment across make-to-stock, make-to-order, and hybrid planning environments as applicable.
  • Influence leaders at all levels to adopt new ways of working and sustain process discipline.

Change Leadership and Capability Building

  • Lead organizational change with credibility, resilience, and strong communication.
  • Build and develop a high-performing planning and transformation team capable of driving continuous improvement.
  • Operate as a player/coach-developing the team while personally engaging in critical analyses, process design, issue resolution, and execution follow-through when needed.
  • Create a culture that values transparency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Establish training, governance, and routines that embed new tools and processes into day-to-day operations.
  • Act as a change agent who can challenge the status quo while bringing teams along in a constructive and practical way.
