Full Job Description
Brady is seeking a Global Leader of Search & Discovery to define how Brady is found, understood and discovered across traditional search and emerging AI-driven experiences.

This new global role will bring together Paid Search, SEO, GEO and search-driven content into one connected strategy, helping Brady show up in the categories, markets and customer journeys that matter most.

  • Search & Discovery Strategy: Build an integrated global strategy across Paid Search, SEO and GEO, translating business priorities into where and how Brady needs to show up.
  • Paid Search Investment: Optimize paid search budgets funded by the business units. Create simple scorecards that show what's working, where opportunities exist and when investment should flex up, down or shift.
  • SEO & GEO: Strengthen Brady's authority across priority categories and build our GEO strategy and capabilities as AI changes how customers discover and evaluate solutions.
  • Search-Driven Content: Identify the content needed to win across SEO and GEO, working with business and regional teams to develop and activate it.
  • One Brady Search Strategy: Shape how we bring Brady and our newly acquired business together under one brand, including keyword strategy, search authority, digital destinations and where customers should land based on their intent.
  • Business Partnership & Strategic Leadership: Partner closely with business leaders to shape Search & Discovery strategy, bringing a strong point of view on where Brady should compete, where opportunities exist and how investment should shift.
