- Drive innovative zero-trust architectures and security strategies that protect critical business data worldwide.
- Partner directly with HPE Networking's R&D teams to pilot, test, and influence cutting-edge solutions like HPE Juniper and Aruba.
- Lead a dynamic, high-impact team in a role that combines strategic leadership with hands-on implementation-your work will be felt across the globe.
- Bring 3 different teams into one cohesive organization of roughly 50.
- Opportunities to innovate with automation, telemetry, and AI-driven network management.
Experience and Skills:- 10+ years of leadership in large-scale network infrastructure, with deep expertise in data center fabric, spine-leaf architectures, and campus networking.
- Proven experience in network security, zero-trust models, micro-segmentation, and secure remote access.
- Strong background in automation, infrastructure as code, and observability tools.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps for complex, multi-region networks.
- Exceptional collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
