Full Job Description
The Senior Director, Fluid Management is responsible for leading product strategy, portfolio execution, and commercial alignment for Repligen's Fluid Management business. This role partners closely with Commercial, R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain to translate market needs into differentiated solutions and drive sustained growth.
This is a highly cross-functional leadership role requiring strong business acumen, customer engagement, and the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed global organization.
Product & Portfolio Leadership
  • Own the Fluid Management product portfolio strategy and roadmap
  • Drive lifecycle management, prioritization, and execution across product lines
  • Align offerings with customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning

Commercial Partnership & Customer Focus
  • Partner with Commercial teams to drive design-in strategy, pipeline growth, and key account expansion
  • Engage directly with customers and industry stakeholders to understand needs and shape solutions
  • Support strategic deals and high-impact customer engagements

Cross-Functional Execution
  • Work closely with R&D to translate market needs into product innovation and development priorities
  • Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure quality, delivery, and scalability
  • Drive execution discipline across global teams

Business Performance
  • Contribute to revenue growth and profitability through portfolio optimization and commercial execution
  • Support annual operating plans, forecasts, and performance tracking

Team Leadership
  • Lead and develop a high-performing product management and/or business team
  • Build bench strength, succession plans, and functional capability
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus

Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in applicable field required
  • Master of Business Administration preferred
  • 10+ years in bioprocessing, life sciences, or related industry
  • Strong understanding of fluid management, single-use technologies, or adjacent product areas
  • Prior experience in product management, business leadership, or commercial roles
  • Demonstrated ability to work across R&D, operations, and commercial organizations

  • Willingness to travel up to 30% (both domestic and international)
