The Senior Director, Enterprise Architecture, Integration and AI Platforms will lead the architecture strategy, governance, and execution model for Post's enterprise capabilities, with particular emphasis on integration platforms, AI-enabled automation, agentic platform enablement, and scalable technology patterns that support corporate functions and shared enterprise services. This role will partner with corporate IT, business unit technology leaders, functional executives, vendors, and delivery teams to shape roadmaps, influence investment decisions, mature architecture practices, and build the capabilities required for Post's current and future technology operating model. This position reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer.

Enterprise Architecture Strategy & Roadmaps
  • Serve as the senior architecture leader for Post Holdings corporate and shared enterprise services, providing strategic direction, architecture governance, and trusted partnership to Business Unit technology leaders and their teams.
  • Develop and recommend short- and long-term strategic roadmaps for enterprise architecture, integration, AI platform enablement, automation, and agentic capabilities, including application and technology portfolio rationalization, lifecycle management, modernization priorities, technical debt reduction, and measurable business value realization aligned with Post's IT strategy, business objectives, risk posture, and enterprise growth priorities.
  • Assess emerging technologies and platform capabilities, with emphasis on AI, automation, integration, and agentic solutions, translating market developments into practical investment recommendations, pilot opportunities, governance requirements, and enterprise adoption roadmaps.
  • Use gap analysis, capability assessments, architecture reviews, technology portfolio analysis, and IT investment roadmaps to identify improvement opportunities, service risks, platform dependencies, modernization priorities, lifecycle risks, cost optimization opportunities, and alignment needs across corporate and enterprise technology initiatives.

Integration, AI & Automation Platforms
  • Lead the strategy, implementation, governance, and ongoing maturity of enterprise integration platforms and patterns, including cloud ERP integration, API-led connectivity, event-driven architecture, data exchange, automation, and partner-managed delivery models.
  • Establish the architecture strategy and enablement model for AI platforms, automation services, and agentic capabilities, including governance patterns, risk-based controls, reusable components, integration standards, security alignment, lifecycle management, model and agent oversight, compliance requirements, and practical adoption pathways for enterprise use cases.

Architecture Governance & Enterprise Delivery
  • Establish and mature architecture best practices, governance forums, reference architectures, integration standards, AI and automation guardrails, architecture metrics, decision frameworks, tooling, documentation expectations, and operational processes for architecture services.
  • Lead architecture function and decision-making across corporate system programs, shared enterprise platforms, integration initiatives, AI enablement efforts, automation opportunities, and other technology programs that require cross-functional alignment and enterprise-level design discipline.
  • Design and lead technology initiatives for corporate and shared enterprise platforms, including infrastructure, applications, integrations, automation, AI enablement, and cross-platform architecture patterns that improve scalability, reliability, security, and business agility.

Stakeholder, Business Unit & Vendor Partnership
  • Partner with program sponsors, functional leaders, technical stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams to keep program objectives aligned, surface architectural risks, remove technical obstacles, communicate tradeoffs, and drive timely resolution of issues that affect enterprise outcomes.
  • Lead through influence across corporate IT, Business Unit technology teams, functional leaders, vendors, and executive stakeholders by shaping direction, resolving ambiguity, building alignment, and mentoring leaders and teams across the broader IT organization.
  • Manage integration partners, AI platform providers, automation partners, and other technology vendors to ensure Post's requirements, architecture standards, security expectations, delivery commitments, cost-effectiveness, and long-term capability objectives are met.
  • Hold vendors accountable for measurable service delivery outcomes, including quality, resource effectiveness, architecture alignment, knowledge transfer, documentation, reliability, security, cost optimization, and the ability to build sustainable internal capabilities.

Team Leadership & Capability Development
  • Lead and develop a team of architects and platform specialists through coaching, mentoring, performance management, talent development, and operating model maturity, building a stronger architecture capability that can scale across enterprise priorities.
