Portfolio Management

  • Own the governance and operating rhythm for the Data Governance, Product, and Strategy portfolio, ensuring prioritization decisions align with enterprise goals, capacity constraints, and strategic value.
  • Partner with Product Lead, Domain Owners, and Governance Lead to develop integrated roadmaps, manage interdependencies, and coordinate delivery across multiple initiatives and teams.
  • Establish portfolio management disciplines including demand intake, capacity planning, financial oversight, roadmap governance, resource allocation, and executive reporting.
  • Monitor portfolio health, delivery performance, risks, and investment outcomes, enabling leadership to make informed prioritization and funding decisions.

Strategic Leadership & Support

  • Enable alignment across Data Product, Domain, and Governance leaders by facilitating decision-making, strategic planning sessions, and portfolio reviews.
  • Develop executive-ready business cases, strategic recommendations, and investment proposals that support growth, scalability, and enterprise adoption of data capabilities.
  • Lead preparation for executive forums, steering committees, and governance councils, ensuring clear communication of priorities, risks, progress, and outcomes.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Drive portfolio-level reporting and performance management processes that provide transparency into initiative status, value realization, resource utilization, and risk exposure.
  • Partner with Product, Domain, and Governance leaders to synthesize operational, financial, and business performance data into actionable insights and recommendations.
