Drive operational excellence by simplifying processes, modernizing service delivery,leveragingtechnology, andoptimizingoperating models toimproveprogram effectiveness, scalability, andemployee experience.
Monitormarkettrends, competitive practices,emerging technologies,and regulatory developments toidentifyopportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
Serve as a trusted advisor to seniorleadership on benefits strategy,financial stewardship,workforce trends, regulatory risk,and investment priorities.
Lead benefits governance, fiduciary oversight, committee leadership, and regulatory compliance across all benefit programs.
Overseeannual benefits planningandopen enrollmentstrategies to ensure effective employee experience and operational readiness.
Manage multimillion-dollar budgets andstrategicvendorpartnerships, driving accountability, service excellence, operational efficiency, and measurable business value.
Build strong cross-functional partnerships across HumanResources, Finance, Legal, Payroll, People Operations, Procurement, and business leaders to implement enterprise initiatives.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fosteringa culture of accountability,collaboration,innovation,andcontinuouslearning.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, ora relatedfield.
12+ years of progressiveleadershipexperience inBenefits,TotalRewards, or Human Resources,including experience leading enterprise-wide strategy.
5+ years leading managers anddevelopinghigh-performing teams.
Deepexpertiseacrosshealth and welfare, retirement, wellbeing, leave management,global mobility,andbenefitscompliance.
Demonstrated success developing and executing enterprise benefits strategies that improve employee experience, operational effectiveness, and business outcomes.
Experience leading large-scale organizational change, vendor strategy, and complex contract negotiations.
Strong business acumen with experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets and balancing employee experience with financial stewardship.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build trusted partnerships across functions.
Excellent analytical, financial, communication, project management, and leadershipskills.
Experiencesupporting a global workforce within a complex,matrixed organization;experiencesupportinglarge non-exemptemployeepopulationsin a retail environmentpreferred.
