About the Role:

The Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) plays a critical leadership role in driving the financial strategy and operational performance of the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of financial planning processes, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. The role requires partnering closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to provide insightful financial insights, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate risks. The Senior Director will lead a high-performing FP&A team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis that aligns with the company's goals. Ultimately, this role ensures that financial plans and analyses are robust, actionable, and drive sustainable business success.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a complex corporate environment.
  • Proven experience leading and managing high-performing FP&A teams.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance.
