What will you do?
  • Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI and digital initiatives within the wealth management domain.
  • Work closely with engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders to prioritize features and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with wealth advisors, client experience teams, data scientists, and technologists to identify pain points and opportunities for intelligent automation and personalization.
  • Translate business goals into actionable product requirements and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and iteration of solutions.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and lead agile product development cycles from ideation to release.
  • Ensure optimal delivery by removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance and develop contingency plans to demonstrate adaptability while supporting continuous learning.
  • Measure and communicate product performance and outcomes against KPIs and business goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships where appropriate.


What do you need to succeed?

Must-have
  • 7+ years of product ownership or management experience, with at least 3 years in digital or AI initiatives in financial services or wealth management.
  • Proven experience delivering digital platforms, automation initiatives, or intelligent systems in an enterprise setting.
  • Strong collaboration skills with ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Define and detail User Stories and prioritize team backlogs in accordance to our business drivers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.

  • Good understanding of wealth management client needs, advisory workflows, and financial planning tools.
