Job Summary

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist manages and optimizes the Company's digital presence, including website administration, search visibility, local listings, online reputation, and digital performance. This role serves as the primary owner of the Company's web ecosystem, ensuring digital channels effectively support brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, recruiting efforts, and business growth through effective digital strategies. The position requires expertise in website content management, search engine optimization (SEO), digital analytics, content development, and digital design, with experience administering websites within Drupal and supporting broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain content across BrightView's web properties, including the corporate website, local landing pages, recruiting site, investor site, and acquisition websites, ensuring consistency with brand standards and business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for BrightView's Drupal content management system, overseeing website functionality, content updates, user experience, and platform governance.
  • Execute and optimize SEO strategies, including technical, on-page, local, and multi-location SEO initiatives, to improve search visibility, website traffic, and conversion performance.
  • Manage BrightView's local search presence, online business listings, affiliated domain names, Google Business Profiles, and reputation management programs, including ReviewTrackers and review generation initiatives.
  • Support digital lead generation and nurturing efforts through HubSpot and other marketing technologies by developing and optimizing landing pages, forms, workflows, and campaign assets.
  • Monitor website, search, and campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable recommendations to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Create, write, design, and publish digital content, including website copy, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, graphics, and other digital assets that support marketing objectives and audience engagement.
  • Manage relationships with external web development, SEO, and digital marketing vendors, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to support website enhancements, digital campaigns, and content initiatives.
  • Ensure website compliance with accessibility, privacy, security, and legal requirements, while staying current on digital marketing trends, search engine updates, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide support for broader marketing initiatives, campaigns, communications, and special projects as needed.


Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, content marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience managing websites using Drupal CMS required.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including technical, on-page, local, and multi-location SEO strategies.
  • Experience managing enterprise or multi-location websites and digital ecosystems preferred.
  • Experience managing Google Business Profiles, online business listings, review platforms, and reputation management tools such as ReviewTrackers.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and related reporting tools.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms, including HubSpot or similar tools.

Physical Demands/Requirements:
  • Constant operation of a computer and other office equipment, such as a laptop, a cell phone, and printers/copiers
  • Position is sedentary; must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of the time
  • Operates in an office environment and requires in-person presence
  • Ability to maintain, in your possession at all times, required medications to address any known allergic reactions should they occur
