The Opportunity:


CACI is looking for a Workday HRIS Team Lead who will mentor the HRIS team, set strategy, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Expertise in Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation is required to improve Workday processes and deliver advanced system solutions to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HRIS team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM, and Workday Recruiting, providing guidance on configuration, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage and prioritize HRIS projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Work with HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Talent Management, and IT to define business needs and develop Workday solutions.
  • Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement across HRIS functions.
  • Develop and deliver training for HRIS users, focusing on best practices for Workday HCM, Recruiting and Compensation.
  • Stay current with Workday updates and industry trends to ensure compliance and maximize system capabilities.


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
